This was the beginning of this extensive remodel which involved a large addition to the property. The existing home was turned into a first class wined cellar and tasting room with a guest room on the second floor. The addition became the main house and included a gourmet kitchen, a large formal living room and dining room, a spacious master suite, two guest suites, a media room, a poll room and housekeeper's quarters. The home set in the foothills, boasts a beautiful Santa Barbara style!
