Wild Horse Ranch Estate Remodel

This home was dated with a sunk-in bar in the living room, carpet and oak cabinets throughout. The clients purchased the home to retire in and wanted to create a rustic contemporary feeling with clean lines but also bringing in the southwestern flare. We replaced the floor tile with a porcelain quartz complemented with wood flooring throughout. We filled in the sunk in bar and created a game area. We converted the dated kitchen nook to a useful space with all the modern electronic amenities hidden behind the cabinetry. We gutted the powder room and gave it a rustic modern feel. These are just a few of the spaces that we renovated to transform this beautiful home!
