This client wanted to use this space as an extra guest bedroom when needed. But they didn't want the "typical" murphy bed style! This piece was custom designed to coordinate with other pieces in the room. It displays their art collection down the two sides in lit niches that can be enjoyed up or down. A true art piece!

This custom designed sofa table was definitely a challenge! The client requested a sofa table to display his art. The table, made of walnut, is custom fit and scribed to the curve of this sofa.

Hacienda Del Sol Estate

"We want our home to feel like a Santa Barbara Estate." 
This was the beginning of this extensive remodel which involved a large addition to the property. The existing home was turned into a first class wined cellar and tasting room with a guest room on the second floor. The addition became the main house and included a gourmet kitchen, a large formal living room and dining room, a spacious master suite, two guest suites, a media room, a poll room and housekeeper's quarters. The home set in the foothills, boasts a beautiful Santa Barbara style!

The focus of the design was "southwest contemporary" and connecting the interior to the exterior of the home.

We worked with homeowners to select their desired model and to choose the finishes and often furnishings that reflect their own personal taste.

Contemporary outdoor space tucked in the hills of Dove Mountain. Multiple spaces for lounging and dining and admiring the gorgeous Tucson sunsets!

Casas Church

We were hired to update and revamp the interior of the main auditorium. We ripped  out existing high rise bleachers and created comfortable and inviting spaces in the back of the auditorium. On one side we created a coffee bar, where people can mingle and chat in between services as well as kick back at the tables during the service. On the opposite side we created a "living room" environment equipped with deep seating and even a kids play area. This area was created to have a space where people can meet the pastors, ask questions and pray for specific needs. We also created an info center within this space.

With the lofty ceilings, our challenge was to create warmth. We built walls surrounding these two spaces and covered them with reclaimed wood. We also created custom made chandeliers using faux beams and Edison lighting. 

All furniture was custom designed. We chose a combination of 3 colors of auditorium seating to tie in with our overall color scheme. 

This project was a blessing to us! It was near and dear to our hearts as it is our home church.

1950's Mid Century COMPLETE home makeover!

This was a HUGE project. It's a 1950's, 5,000 square foot mid-century home that was in dire need of an update. This is a home that has been in the family for generations but needed to be reconfigured and brought up to date. We interviewed the clients and incorporated their needs and desires as we designed each space. The project took just over a year and the end result was spectacular! We were able to keep the home with its "historical status" while incorporating modern conveniences. This project was a blast!! And so were the clients that we were blessed to work with!

The natural setting of this home inspired the design of this contemporary master bathroom. Our design challenge was to use sustainable materials that would make the actual space seem larger. The area was divided into zones, which created separate areas for the shower, toilet and vanity.

Sabino Mountain Kitchen Remodel

We were not called for a kitchen remodel! But when we walked in to this gorgeous home with expansive views of the Tucson, and saw a wall of cabinets instead of the view, we couldn't contain ourselves! We designed a kitchen where we inserted large picture windows (where the wall of cabinets and wine room were) and opened up the space offering an entire panoramic view!! It's spectacular! The homeowners were amazing and not only excited with the idea but are thrilled with the results! 

1970's Remodel

Completely remodeled this 1970's Craftsman style home. The 70's style kitchen was transformed to an open contemporary gourmet haven! The homeowner had a vision to turn the upstairs into a master retreat including a spa style bathroom, open master bedroom, media room with a full wet bar. The overall transformation is unbelievable!

Working with these clients has been a treat. They have a well traveled background and when they settled into this smaller home for retirement, wanted to turn it into a Mediterranean style oasis. Our focus was turning the "ordinary" tract home into an "extraordinary" retreat fit for relaxing and entertaining while maintaining a budget that is fitting for the neighborhood. Mission accomplished!

A standard master bathroom was transformed into a fabulous space featuring stunning slate tile, new plumbing and lighting fixtures and beautiful medium tone cabinets. A new water closet door with three frosted glass panels allows more natural light to flow through, making the space appear larger.

When looking at the "before" photos, it's hard to believe this is the same home! This client purchased a 1970's home that was desperately in need up updating. The home sits in the foothills with spectacular views of the mountains as well as the city. The architect of the renovation did a marvelous job of capturing the views! We took the client's vision of wanting to create a New York style master suite and ran with it! The results speak for themselves!

Joesler Remodel

This home was designed by famous Swiss architect Josais Joesler in the 1940's. The bathrooms needed to be updated. The goal was to keep the original design style and materials and improve the function and space of each bathroom. We were able to create custom tile and fixtures that echoed the materials used when the house was built, staying true to the architectural and design integrity.

When our Colorado based clients approached us to change the countertops in the kitchen of their winter home, we had a few more ideas in mind! After sharing our thoughts and concepts, they decided to do a kitchen renovation. They were thrilled with the results and frequently send us messages thanking us for the beautiful space they get to enjoy while in Tucson! A spectacular transformation!

When our clients contacted us to update their tract home kitchen, they had a few objectives: More storage space, incorporate contemporary elements, and tuck away our cat's feeding dishes! We created a custom area for the cat's bowls tucked within the cabinetry.

We updated the small master bathroom in the historical section of Tucson near the University. The before photos show how tight and outdated the space was. We removed the tub, opened up the shower, opened up the wall between the vanity and toilet for a more open feel. Added floating shelves above the toilet and a freestanding piece of furniture for storage.
